Gabriel Lowrie Dishonesty – Addendum for Clarity

This is to clarify the exact dishonesty that Gabriel Lowrie is guilty of with regards to him lying to Social Work England regarding his blog posts.

At the time of his dishonesty I had not made any blogs, Gabriel Lowrie’s dishonesty predates my blogging by almost a year.

Solely my opinion, but he knew the case examiners would trust his word because honesty is one of the professional standards and is something that Social Workers have to be due to their job, and he lied solely because he knew he could and that the chances were he would be trusted and would get away with it.

On this post I will be clarifying exactly where the dishonesty occurred and the evidence to prove that Gabriel Lowrie was dishonest. I will also be clarifying why this cannot have been an honest mistake on Gabriel Lowrie’s part, and was deception and dishonesty on the part of Gabriel Lowrie.

Here is the submissions that Gabriel Lowrie made to Social Work England, one of the professional standards is about helping SWE in any fitness to practise goings on.

That all sounds very reasonable to me, except a lot of what Gabriel Lowrie has said there is not the truth, it is deliberate, clear, and purposeful dishonesty. My personal opinion is that he wanted to make himself look vulnerable so as to get himself out of trouble, as well as placing the blame on his housemates instead of taking the blame himself.

From what the case examiners are saying there does appear to be other submissions by Gabriel Lowrie that they have not published verbatim, but there is enough that they have published directly from Gabriel Lowrie where a conclusion of dishonesty is easy to be reached by the layman.

It is not so much the content of the posts I wish to concentrate on, except the ‘tranny’ post as that shows transphobia which hasn’t been addressed by Gabriel Lowrie, but the lies he told.

Gabriel Lowrie was born in 1990 which makes it easy for him to remember what age he was in a certain year as the last number of his age will always match the last number of the year depending on whether or not his birthday has already occurred.

So today he is either 31 or 32 depending on when his birthday is, I believe it is in June as he mentioned it in the facebook screenshots.

I just checked, his birthday is actually today, so he was born in July.

All of the posts in question were made on his Facebook during the period September 2010 to November 2011.

Gabriel Lowrie would have been 20 years old in September 2010 and 21 years old in November 2011.

The period between September 2010 and June 2011 covered Gabriel Lowrie’s third, and final year at university, I believe the degree he was doing was criminology or something similar.

Obviously I do not have access to his documents, but both his date of birth, and details of his degrees will be on record, including the dates of when he received them which will prove both his age and what year of his degree he was in during the period his facebook posts covered.

That is a a direct quote from the submission that Gabriel Lowrie made to Social Work England.

He’s been dishonest in his first sentence. That he moved in with the four other males in September 2010 is likely as it would be the start of the term, neither him, nor his housemates, stayed until November 2011, the lease on the student property was only until summer 2011.

In his own words, on his own facebook page he is describing leaving university on the 9th June 2011, so a month short of his 21st birthday, and moving back to the family home.

University years run from September to June, I haven’t been to university and I know that. It was not a mistake that Gabriel Lowrie stated to Social Work England that he was in the houseshare from September 2010 to November 2011, he was deliberately dishonest so that he could blame the ‘tranny’ post on others when he would have known that he posted it himself.

I have used that word in the past, multiple times, I am not transphobic. If an instance of me using it on facebook was found I wouldn’t even need to think about my response, i’d be open and honest. I first found out it was a transphobic slur from someone who is transgender, it’s what we do as humans, we learn, we grow, we teach others.

Gabriel Lowrie hasn’t done that, he was caught out using a transphobic slur and instead of reflecting on why he used it and why he wouldn’t now, and putting that in writing to Social Work England, he decided to lie and make up a scenario where it wasn’t him that wrote that word.

Was he scared that he wouldn’t be able to write something that would show he’s learned since he wrote that slur because he hasn’t because he is actually transphobic? That is what my mind jumps to solely because he set up an elaborate untruthful situation to hide the fact he was the author of that post.

That is what he posted on the 15th November 2011, he was 21 and had been living at the family home for 5 months after having completed his third and final year at university in June of that year..

As i’ve already stated and as can be easily checked, Gabriel Lowrie was 20 years old in September 2010 when the posts started, and was 21 years old in November 2011, and living back at home with his family, when he made the ‘tranny’ post.

At the point the posts started in 2010, when Gabriel was 20, he was in his third and final year at Leeds University, his degree and when it finished will be a matter of record and well recorded.

He had been living apart from his parents for over two years at the point the posts started, when the ‘Tranny’ post was made, he’d completed 3 years away from his parents and was back living with them while working a full time job, I believe it was in insurance.

He had also taken at least two trips abroad without his parents by September 2010, I think it may have been three, I have proof of this.

Gabriel Lowrie was purposefully dishonest in an attempt to mislead the case examiners into believing he was a vulnerable 18 year old who had literally just left home when the posts were made to start his first year at university.

The case examiners likely thought that the four males he was sharing the house with were strangers to him, as Gabriel told the case examiners he was only 18 and had just started university in 2010, he wouldn’t have known anyone at the university.

The four males were people he’d known for 2 years by the time he shared the house with them, he’d been on holiday twice with a couple of them.

He was outgoing and confident, he was a man. He wasn’t a scared little 18 year old living away from home for the first time, he was a confident 20 year old who had already experienced 2 full years of living away from home, travelling abroad with friends, going clubbing, paying bills, and everything else that goes with being independent.

Gabriel Lowrie was dishonest in an attempt to get away with having his facebook open with all those not pleasant things displayed.

He lied through his teeth to Social Work England and betrayed their trust in one of their registrants.

I cannot speak for the regulator, they are bound by rules and law and things, but in my opinion, if he’d told the truth, the outcome would have been the same.

He made a conscious decision to be deceptive and dishonest. He preyed on the sympathy of the case examiners, knowing that portraying himself as a vulnerable 18 year old who had literally just left home for the first time, would gain their sympathy.

Gabriel Lowrie fabricated a whole narrative, everything he wrote to the case examiners was pure fiction.

On a personal note, I was not shocked, Gabriel Lowrie lied extensively when involved with my family, it’s just that as a service user it’s impossible to prove as social workers are a trusted profession, to the point that being honest is in the professional standards, as is not lying to the regulator I believe.

The post i’ve linked at the top, and the post this will also be linked from, is the post that i’ve made that has been shared the most. It’s been shared all over facebook, it’s been posted by so many others on facebook because it’s concrete proof that social workers lie.

It is impossible to argue with the facts, Gabriel Lowrie was dishonest in submissions he made to Social Work England during a fitness to practise investigation, which is a legal process.

He lied because he knew he could get away with it, because he always has.

Essex County Council know he lied extensively to the regulator, they know he is dishonest and therefore cannot be trusted, I have been told he has been promoted to manager.

Gabriel Lowrie wrote similar when I made a complaint about his facebook page to ECC. I pointed out his dishonesty to Louise McSpadden, who was then the service manager of assessment and intervention for West Essex.

Everyone knows that Gabriel Lowrie is dishonest and can get away with it. He is in court a lot giving evidence, given his utter disrespect for the truth, he has likely lied so many times in court. I know he lies extensively during the child protection process.

I have the full unredacted facebook screenshots if required.

I just wanted to say again that his dishonesty as detailed in this post occurred almost a full year before I made a single blog post.

This is the professional standard I believe that Gabriel Lowrie has made a mockery of:

2.1  Be open, honest, reliable and fair.

However, I have no idea if lying to the regulator counts, or even if it’s serious to anyone other than service users. I know that him lying to the regulator is serious to ECC, in fact they were absolutely fine with him lying to them, I actually strongly suspect that they encouraged him to lie.

Gabriel Lowrie told the same lies to Essex County Council when I raised the complaint regarding his facebook with them. It was in the response to my complaint letter, I then replied pointing out where he’d lied, much the same as I have done here. That was correspondence between myself and Louise McSpadden.

Unfortunately, due to the email system that ECC used, I no longer have access to those emails, the emails get wiped after three months, so I cannot publish them as I no longer have access to them. You had to set up an account on some kind of thing and open the emails in this thing, i’m not technical, so that is the best I can explain it.

However, ECC will still have them.

So Gabriel Lowrie lied to his employer, i’m guessing that was during his disciplinary procedure for having all of that online. He lied to his employer to make himself look better. As i’ve already stated, ECC knew he’d lied to them very shortly after he did it because I told them, they will have records of this.

Obviously the lies he told to ECC are between him and his employer, but it does prove he is happy to lie to anyone and everyone and has no qualms in doing so.

Does lying to SWE break the professional standards? No idea
