Kiran Box Assessment and Intervention Service Manager Harlow Essex

Kiran Box since September 2020 has been a service manager in children’s services at Essex County Council. She is based in Harlow so part of the west quadrant, she is the assessment and intervention service manager, so she is Gabriel Lowrie’s and Billie Faulkner’s boss.

Since her promotion she has promoted Gabriel Lowrie to manager. My guess is that she wants those reporting to her to be as twisted as she is and do everything they can to make things look good instead of acting doing good.

Billie Faulkner has now been promoted to a Senior Practitioner, I have no idea if this was in part to do with her relationship with Gabriel Lowrie.

I was sent a full list every every child and family worker in Essex, their names, job title, and email address.

Before that she was a child protection co-ordinator, which means she chaired child protection conferences.

My family was unlucky in that Kiran Box was the child protection co-ordinator assigned to chair our child protection conferences.

Before I move on to matters of fact, I shall detail my own personal opinion of Kiran Box.

Kiran Box is unpleasant, uncaring, unwilling to listen, and through her actions and inactions has caused significant harm to all four of my children which is still ongoing.

It is my opinion that Kiran Box is a disgrace to the profession and a danger to vulnerable children who come to the attention of Essex Children’s Services, more so since becoming a service manager as this is a very senior position which enables the post holder to have a lot of power regarding vulnerable children in Harlow.

Kiran Box abuses the power given to her by being a registered social worker, and also the power that was given to her by Essex County Council in her role as an independent child protection co-ordinator where she she was meant to always act to safeguard children.

It was obvious that she enjoyed having power over me, her behaviour towards myself when I tried to challenge the narrative being put forward by Essex County Council was absolute disgusting.

That’s my opinion out of the way, now for the facts, which speak for themselves. I am only going to be putting just enough evidence on here to show the significant amount of harm that Kiran Box caused my children to keep this easy to follow. I have much more evidence to back up what i’m saying which is available upon request. I am only going to be covering a little of the harm that Kiran Box caused my children here.

For simplicities sake i’ll be focusing mostly on one child who I will refer to as Bee.

Bee has a diagosis of autism, adhd, and dyspraxia. Bee did not have a diagnosis of autism or adhd at the time of the child protection conferences but there were extensive medical notes that showed that Bee very likely had dyspraxia, including where an occupational therapist had given Bee a place on a group specifically for children with dyspraxia.

Bee also has an upper motor neuron condition, a diagnosis has in the past been put forward, and Bee held this diagnosis for 8 years, although that didn’t fit all of the features and while it’s still likely, it’s not certain. That Bee has an upper motor neuron condition has never been in doubt, there are extensive medical notes covering this in Bee’s Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH) medical notes from the age of three.

This is a recent letter from GOSH, everything on the letter was taken from Bee’s notes that are held at GOSH.

One of the things that they were saying we’d done was fabricated medical problems with Bee, including the neurological disorder mentioned in those screenshots.

Bee had been diagnosed with a named condition for 8 years by a paediatric neurologist at GOSH. The problem with neurology is that they can tell there is something wrong, but they cannot always assign it to a particular condition. The neurologist can see something neurological is wrong by the tests they do, those hammer tests, walking tests, testing reflexes etc.

Gabriel Lowrie and Billie Faulkner, the social workers involved, had read in Bee’s GP notes that Bee didn’t have that condition. So they said i’d fabricated it, and told Bee there was something wrong with Bee when there wasn’t.

They refused to contact the paediatric neurologist, relying instead on GP notes. Gabriel Lowrie also made the accusation that i’d managed to get the GP to put that diagnosis in Bee’s GP’s record even though it was fabricated. They put that in Bee’s GP’s record based on the clinic letters from the paediatric neurologist at GOSH.

Gabriel Lowrie and Billie Faulkner had their minds too much on each other than on my children. Gabriel Lowrie refused to take any clinic letters from the paediatric neurologist.

At the child protection conference, I took along a selection of clinic letters from GOSH, dating back over the past 10 years, along with other evidence. Given that their case against us was that i’d fabricated their being something neurological wrong with Bee and also sexual abuse, based on Bee having bladder problems, the clinic letters I took with me showed that Bee had a neurological problem, that also involved Bee’s bladder.

“I don’t want to see your so called medical evidence” – Kiran Box when I reached into my bag to get the medical evidence from a leading paediatric neurologist at GOSH.

Just those two screenshots i’ve posted above prove that Bee has an upper motor neuron disorder. I have over a decade worth of clinic letters. Not to mention a leading paediatric neurologist at the most renowned children’s hospital in the world who would have spoken to any member of Essex Children’s Services and confirmed that Bee has a neurological disorder and who could have told them how it affects Bee, even if the neurological disorder hasn’t been named.

So Bee was put on a child protection plan, the plan as detailed by Kiran Box involved everybody telling Bee there was absolutely nothing wrong with them and that i’d made it all up.

Forget the decade of neurologist visits who told Bee they had a named disorder but who later changed it to just an upper motor neuron disorder with exactly the same physical problems for Bee, but with no name. Not to mention how Bee feels in their own body, and their lived experience of being in their body.

What followed was a years worth of Bee being told over and over again by various social workers that there was nothing wrong with them, that there had never been anything wrong with them, and that i’d fabricated it. I was not allowed to seek out any medical treatment for Bee during this time. Not one social worker contacted the paediatric neurologist.

Bee ended up attempting suicide because of the emotional abuse Bee experienced from Essex Children’s Services. Time and time again Bee would tell someone how Bee felt in their own body, every single time a social worker would tell Bee there is nothing wrong with them and i’d made it up. That is severe emotional abuse, and it did not stop.

3 months after the initial child protection conference we had another one. I wrote out a timeline of my children’s lives and included medical evidence. I included a timeline of everything, from the first neurologist appointment, physio, absolutely everything. It was given to her a few days before the conference.

Just before the conference when parents meet with the chair, she had the timeline i’d made in her hand, announced she hadn’t read it with a grin on her face, and tossed it aside. It was obvious she was enjoying the power she had. Kiran Box is cold and cruel and should never be in a position where she has any impact over the lives of children.

Without the vital 10 years of neurologist letters, the child protection plan remained the same. I’d fabricated illnesses and there was absolutely nothing wrong with Bee. So Bee had to put up with another 6 months of severe emotional abuse from Essex Children’s Services. Kiran Box on behalf of Essex Children’s Services were clear, if I didn’t allow Essex Children’s Services to emotional abuse Bee for another 6 months, I ran the risk of losing them, which would have destroyed them.

So Bee attempted suicide, which ECC refuse to investigate.

Also with regards to the way Kiran Box ran the initial child protection conference, she allowed Gabriel Lowrie to play footsie with Billie Faulkner, she also allowed Laurette Robertson and Alison Barnes to keep me behind after the ICPC so that they could brainwash me into believing my husband had abused the children. This is despite Kiran Box having seen me take both diazepam and morphine liquid during the ICPC and absolutely refusing to let me take a break during the ICPC despite the fact I have a disability.

I’ve focused on only one child on this post, and only one part of the reasons they gave as to why we had harmed our children. Everything else they accused us of has evidence to disprove it as well, I will go through that with later posts.

It is my opinion that Kiran Box is cold and cruel, that she abuses her power, and that she enjoys the power she holds over parents. It is also my opinion that she should not be in any kind of role where she can have any impact on a child. She comes across like a wicked stepmother from a story, all pointy edges and high heels, talking down to people and making it all about her and not about the children.

Kiran Box is now a service manager, I don’t want to think about that too much as that is absolutely terrifying for the welfare of vulnerable children in Essex.

she is literally pure evil, if pure evil had a face it would be wearing far too much makeup.

I have a habit of hugging people I’ve just met, this is solely because I trust my instincts. We are the same as animals and like animals we have the ability to detect when someone is bad. Kiran Box had that effect on me. I wanted to run from her because the evil oozes out of her pores.

I’ve said a lot of bad things about people in this blog. Gabriel Lowries problems are due to having an alcoholic father, when a baby/child gets emotionally neglected by an alcoholic parent bits in their brain lack what they need and they seek out other things to make up for that.

chemicals, whether drugs or alcohol are very common, it’s all over the Internet what his sibling did, Gabriel clearly has low self esteem, he lies to make himself look good. Rumour has it he drinks a lot, I have no idea if that is the same level as his father and sibling or not. It’s likely though.

I believe Heidi Hibbett has a personality disorder.

Kiran Box was born evil, she has evil in her dna, She went for a career where she could harm as many people as she could while using the facade of helping children.

She enjoyed seeing the pain she inflicted on me, and that she knew would be inflicted on my children, when she tossed aside that report I’d written with the medical notes in them.

Unfortunately she has children, given the evil she inflicted on my children I fear for her children if she is as evil to them as she was to my children.
