Man Behaving Dadly – Is Simon Harris Right Wing?
This one is all about Brexit and right wing content.
Once again the information for some of this blog post is from the wonderful people over on Tattle. They do the work and they keep the receipts.
I still haven’t been arrested by the Essex Celeb Squad. But i’ve packed a bag ready for prison just in case.
Simon does like to promote himself as the most left wing left winger that ever left winged. You name anything or anyone right wing and he’s there to criticise it. Heavily criticise it.
Before January 2024 I was one of Simon’s followers, and his hatred towards everything right wing was one of the things I liked about him. We clearly have like minded views. Even now, he has had a lot of negative things to say about the flags going up on lamp posts, as do I. So as you can see it is clear that both myself and Simon are starting 2026 by fighting fascism and protesting against right wingers.
Or maybe it isn’t so clear.
Simon voted for Brexit, he voted leave in the 2016 referendum. He states it was a protest vote, I did initially find that hard to believe. I’ve since changed my mind and now feel that is untrue.

How is that Twitter blue tick smugness working out for you Simon?
Apart from saying he voted Leave, in my opinion the rest of what he wrote was a lie.
Readers of the top internet sensation Tattle will already know what i’m about to say, because Tattle said it first. Simon ran a website all about us leaving the EU. Of course there are receipts.
The following is a Guardian article from May 2017
It focuses on a website called yourbrexit.co.uk and they were talking about an article that had been posted on the website that was false news, it already had 4000 shares on Facebook and was predicted to reach 12000.

The Guardian managed to deduce that it was Simon that owned the yourbrexit.co.uk site as the ad account was the same as Southend News Network which we know that Simon Harris runs.

To put it clearly, Simon Harris owns the website, which has now been taken down, and was running an ad account on there, so he was making money from fake news about Brexit. It was Simon’s website, it was his ad account. He would have paid the fee for the domain, he would have paid for the hosting. Simon was paying for the site and hosting, and he was then earning from clicks to the website.
The website is dead, long live the website! Albeit on the web archive. Here is more proof that YourBrexit and Southend News Network are linked. There is an article about it on your brexit.
I am going to take a guess that Simon was after more clicks on his SNN page, and of course he linked the fundraiser to help it spread.
Simon stated to the Guardian that the articles were written by Walter White which was a pseudonym for a 19 year old student “who is fed up with the liberal elite”. Simon also stated to the Guardian that he didn’t have time to check everything that Walter White writes so he makes more mistakes.
The Guardian also spoke to Walter White:

Apart from the obvious issue as to why Simon Harris, who was a teacher at the time, managed to build up a friendship so strong with a 19 year old student that he allowed him to post on a domain that he owned, but why did Simon monetise it using the same ad account that he used for Southend News Network? A bit weird that some 19 year old student who is fed up with the liberal elite,
So the 19 year old student used the name Walter White, so who is Jonathan Curtis? Who was writing posts as well, and was the one who wrote the post I linked above regarding the SNN fundraising campaign.
Given that yourbrexit had a lot of right wing articles on there, how does this fit in with SImon portraying himself as left wing?
We know Simon Harris exists. Walter White was an anonymous 19 year old student who just so happened to meet Simon Harris who happened to own yourbrexit, and who happened to be fed up with the liberal elite and was fed up with the anti brexit stories in the media so decided to do something about it. That something solely happened because right wing 19 year old Student Walter White happened to meet left wing late 30’s teacher Simon Harris who just happened to own a website called yourbrexit.
So where does Jonathan Curtis come in then? Did he get any of the ad money? Does he even exist?
Now we come to the interesting bit.
19 year old student Walter White states that 1 million people click yourbrexit every month, and he has a reach of 3 million on Facebook. It earns him several hundred pounds a month in ad revenue although he would do it for free.
But the ad revenue would have been in Simon’s name. Simon would have been the only one who could see the stats, and have access to both the ad account, and the ad revenue. Given it was the same account that was on SNN, he wouldn’t have shared access to it to a 19 year old student who is fed up with the liberal elite.
Not to mention Jonathan Curtis, who was also posting articles, did he get a cut? Who was he? How did he feel about the liberal elite?
So there was the ad revenue. What about the 3 million reach on Facebook? What Facebook account? Was their a YourBrexit Facebook presence?
Why yes, yes there is. Now those who are paying attention will have realised that I did not use past tense with regards to a YourBrexit Facebook presence.
So let me take you through it.
Here is one of the posts that are saved on the web archive
Here is a screenshot from the page:

The part of the post where the letters are blue are of course a link. Clicking it just gets you to a Facebook sign in page. It’s a link on the web archive after all.
However, while on a phone, you can hold down on it and copy link address, which gets you this https://web.archive.org/web/20170604082017/https://facebook.com/euivotedleave
I was sitting here thinking to myself that it appears to be linking to a Facebook page, i’m smart like that, but it’s not a clickable link due to web archive involvement.
So then I searched it on Facebook.

All over the YourBrexit web archived pages there is “EU – I voted LEAVE” as what would once have been a link, so it’s clear that the YourBrexit website, which was owned by Simon Harris, was connected to the EU – I voted LEAVE Facebook page.
Any website can link to a Facebook page, is the love mutual? YourBrexit claims the Facebook page is being a FB page run by YourBrexit, but does EU -I voted LEAVE claim YourBrexit as being run by them?

Well that seems like both YourBrexit and EU – I voted LEAVE are joined together.

There you, go, a Facebook post on a right wing Facebook page, specifically asking for right wing vloggers for a right wing website that Simon Harris owned. The website is gone now, I imagine Simon closed it down due to concerns that people may find out that he owned it after the Guardian article outed him as the owner.
He had the Southend News Network going on, he was all about the parenting blogging as well, and maybe didn’t want to get outed.
The Facebook page was getting lots of followers and lots of interaction, and whoever runs that has never given their name but they have said on there that they are from Essex.
We know YourBrexit was owned by Simon Harris. We know that EU – I voted LEAVE was intertwined with YourBrexit and vice versa. By looking at the page transparency on the Facebook page we know that it was created on the 18th June 2015 with the name EU? NO Thanks.
On the 28th January 2016 the name changed to EU – it’s time to LEAVE, before the final name change on the 26th June 2016.
So the Facebook page was already running by the time YourBrexit was set up and had been running for 2 years.
Simon Harris stated that YourBrexit was being run by a 19 year old student. A student who would have been 17 years old at the time the Facebook page was set up in 2015. A 17 year old set up a Facebook page to urge people to leave the EU a year before the referendum? Then 2 years later that same person just happened to meet Simon Harris who had a domain call YourBrexit? I can’t get my head around that actually happening.
Wouldn’t it be more likely that someone who intended to vote leave and had knowledge of Facebook pages and groups set up a Facebook page as soon as it was announced there would be a referendum hoping to jump on the latest trend.
Wouldn’t it also be more likely that someone who had already set up a satirical news network on Facebook and then set up a website and monetised both, would then repeat the same successful steps with something else? Especially given that they were in control of both the ad revenue for both the satirical news site website and the right wing website?
Does EU – it’s time to Leave still have the same admin it had when it was set up? Why was a teacher and a student involved together with a right wing website? If said teenager even existed? Who knows.
Simon, before you report me to the police, again, or after, depending on how far you read before you contact them, I have some things I want to say to you.
I supported you for many years on Facebook because I thought we both had the same world view, that we both wanted the same rights for people. I have three children with autism, you have a son with autism. I even donated to a couple of your fundraisers.
I was disgusted and upset about the ECC stuff. I am just horrified at finding out everything I have detailed in this post. At the very least you were earning money off right wing content. The kind of content that you spend so much time and energy saying is terrible. You had a website full of content that included worshipping a man that you demonised so much you are still using him in one of your fundraisers.
Who are you? What exactly are your moral standards? Do you have any morals? Or do your morals change with whatever is more lucrative?
Simon Harris of Man Behaving Badly fame ran a website that had far right content on it. A Facebook page linked to that content had far right content on it when it was linked to the website. That Facebook page continues today.
Has Simon ever been an admin of the Facebook page? Is he currently an admin of the Facebook page? Not something we are going to find out.
Simon. feel free to have your say on this by contacting me, info is on the contact bit of this website, or via Facebook.
Of course you won’t, you went to great lengths to hide that you had a far right website so i’m guessing that suddenly isn’t going to change. You are a disgrace.
